Sofia Tsakiridou

Sofia Tsakiridou is an embodiment mentor, women’s circle facilitator, and weaver of ritual and return to our sacred remembrance. Through her work, she guides others home to the wisdom of their body temples. Her spaces are invitations - to return, to remember, to reclaim, to rise.

Rooted in the non-dual Tantrik tradition of Kashmir Shaivism and deeply inspired by her Greek ancestry, Sofia bridges ancient spiritual lineages with modern embodiment. Her offerings are living prayers woven from yoga, somatics, story, sound, song, and dance - where personal stories and ancestral roots meet, and the body reveals what is beyond words.
