One of the biggest questions I always get asked is how to unapologetically self-express authenticity through energy, behavior, and aesthetic style. I'll start off by telling you, I haven't always been this way. It has been a long journey of developing my confidence and authentic style.

A fresh take on healing confidence & self-worth so that your external appearance and expression becomes a natural embellishment of your unique nature.

What a lot of people don’t know about me is that throughout my teenage years, I struggled with extreme social anxiety, paranoia, and anorexia. I was painfully convinced that people loved to hate me. I would constantly look for evidence as to why I was not liked or loved. And, for a period, I really hated myself and my body, which feels very hard to put into words now.

It can be easy to assume and project onto others, creating separation and distinction from your own experience—isolating yourself to believe that you can never be like 'them' or do what they are doing. BUT! We all have insecurities. We are all human.

Developing unapologetic confidence in self-expression is not about being insecurity-free; it is about owning all parts of yourself and saying, 'Let's Fing* goooo!!!

Some of the themes explored in this masterclass:

  •  Tapping into the well of confidence within
  •  Redefining what confidence means for you (tapping into the elements)
