Somatic Integration Practices
This is where we drop. Listen. Integrate.
A space to process emotion, regulate the nervous system and allow the wisdom of the body to lead.
Creating a temple capable of holding the full force of your essence.
Ā
After years of guiding souls home through astrology, I recognised something.
There is only so much you can do with information.
If the vessel is not ready to hold it. If you do not inhabit the sovereignty of your body's power, if you do not feel safe enough to let life move through you fully. The map of your soul can only take you so far.
The body is where it all has to land.
Temple Body Method is my answer to that.
A living movement practice built on four pillars that work together as one complete ecosystem.
