This is where the body becomes a vessel for sacred transmission through movement

A unique dance methodology inspired by Temple Fusion Belly Dance, Flamenco, Hip-Hop and years of personal exploration into movement, energy and embodiment.

Through isolated movement, technique, sensual expression and energetic awareness, you will learn how to open pathways within the body that allow emotion, creativity, beauty and life force to move freely through you.

Where structure becomes freedom. Technique becomes expression. And movement becomes prayer.

FELINE ANIMAL FLOW

 

The art of primal intelligence.

 Inspired by animal movement, craling patterns and fascial conditioning, these practices build foundational strength, mobility and resilience throughout the entire body.

You will develop greater coordination, body awareness and functional movement while conditioning the body from the inside out.

Utilising kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight training, anchor point systems and advanced mobility work, these practices are designed to build a body that is both powerful and adaptable.

Once the foundations have been established through Temple Dance and Feline Flow, we take the work deeper.
