Evolutionary Astrology is held by the belief that you have free-will. You created your destiny and you have the power to change it. The first breath you drew, the stars were in perfect alignment to mirror the karma your soul has come back to learn through and integrate in this lifetime. Through the EA lens we see your birth chart as a result of the actions, behaviours, decisions of prior lifetimes and ancestral influences. The birth chart shows us the karmic patterning that is ripe for integration and the evolutionary path your soul is desiring to walk. Remembering the language of your soul, why you came here - we look at the unique gifts, qualities and attributes you’ve come here to transmit into this world. Each of us is a puzzle piece to the greater collective consciousness & cosmic whole. Whether it is your sense of purpose, career, relationships, personal life that you are seeking remembering in - the way I work with the astrological birth chart is to bring you back to your authentic, essential nature. To have your entire life be a stunning mirror of your internal integration, honouring, celebration of your essential self. 

This is the path to aligning the conscious and unconscious self. This is the doorway to call home the parts you’ve been taught are unloveable, not allowed, unworthy. The shadow is what lives in our unconscious. The shadow is what we’ve been taught to shame, deny and reject due to early relational failures/fractures and societal imprints. As Carl Jung said; your shadow will continue to rule your life until you bring it to the light. 

Have you done a bunch of spiritual work & practices yet you still find yourself in the same emotional relational patterns, insecurities, consumed with caring what others think and afraid to be seen for your work/essence…. This is where shadow work comes in. The greatest super power and gift you can give yourself is to recognise the unconscious parts of your nature that have been running the show, trying to get their needs met in hidden & manipulative ways. To free up the trapped and wasted life force energy that comes from trying to manage a certain image for the world. The belief that you can only perform for love. 

Shadow work is LOVE work. It is connection work. Because it is the path of truly coming home to yourself and from that place finally allowing yourself to be seen and receive love for your true essence (as shown in your heart & astrological birth chart!) 

The third key in my work is creating somatic safety. To support you in finally feeling safe enough to feel. We’ve uncovered your unique soul journey & gifts - we’ve recognised what parts of self you’ve rejected for perceived love - now we want to call these parts home into love - this is where somatic safety comes in. 

Which parts of self have not yet felt safe enough to be felt? We can have an intellectual concept of your shadow and authentic nature - but then we must look to what’s truly alive for you - which we find within the body. What sensations are actually alerting us to your present lived truth rather than what the mind is telling you. Blending different tools and practices, I will support you in establishing somatic safety. To finally give yourself the presence you’ve been seeking your whole life. 

We are all human here. And we all carry a fundamental longing to feel safe, to feel loved and to belong. This is where my group offerings come in whether online events, my certification or in person retreats - a crucial and necessary step in nervous system-re-wiring is to receive witnessing and holding from a group field. Shame thrives in isolation and is what keeps you disconnected. We are tribal beings. Wounding is born in connection and heals in connection. Some healing CANNOT be done alone.
